Frequently Asked Questions

General

What is Mynlox?

Mynlox presents a focused product range across air compression, hand and upper-limb rehabilitation, massage and home care, and patient transfer.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Mynlox products are produced by Xiamen Minle Electronics Co., Ltd., a manufacturer based in Xiamen, China, where product development, production and sales work as one system. From first enquiry to shipment, export customers work with one contact team.

What certifications and reports can you share?

The producing factory operates under an ISO 13485 quality system. Model- and market-specific items — CE, FCC, EMC and RoHS test reports, a BSCI social-compliance audit, and registered design or patent records — can be shared for the exact model and destination market.

How do you control quality?

Components and assemblies are checked during production, models are tested for safety, EMC and RoHS scopes, and units are inspected before packing. Pre-production samples, pre-shipment inspection and third-party test or audit arrangements can be discussed for the project.

What is your after-sales policy?

Covered units carry a 12-month warranty period from shipment against manufacturing defects. Any quality issue is reviewed against the agreed order documents and resolved with the customer directly.

Can I get a better price?

Pricing reflects the model, configuration, quantity and packaging. Volume programmes and long-term distributor or brand programmes can be discussed on a confirmed brief, and the quotation records the applicable price for the project.

What should I include in a product enquiry?

Please include the model or product family, destination market, quantity, configuration needs and any branding or packaging requirements.

Which products can I review?

Browse hand and wrist training devices, air compression products, massage and home-care equipment, and patient transfer products. Each page describes the model and configuration shown.

How do I compare two models?

Compare the model-specific photos, controller, wearable components, accessories, intended use and approved documents before choosing a configuration.

Which model details should I confirm first?

Confirm the exact model, supplied configuration, intended use, destination market and the documents needed for that market.

Where can I see a product demonstration?

Available operating demonstrations are shown on the relevant product pages. Ask about the model you are considering.

Are product configurations the same?

No. Controllers, sleeves, accessories and other included components can differ by model. Use the model-specific photos and documents when comparing products.

Which documents can I request?

System documentation, model test reports and intellectual-property documents have different scopes. Share the model and destination market so the relevant file can be identified.

Can you check a document against a model?

Yes. Share the exact model, destination market and requested claim or use so the document scope can be reviewed against the enquiry.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

The brief is reviewed against the requested model, market, quantity and configuration. The next discussion and any required documents are then confirmed for that project.

Can support continue after an order?

Production, inspection, shipment and follow-up responsibilities are set out in the agreed order documents for the project.

What services can be discussed with Mynlox?

Product selection, distribution, private label, packaging, document review and OEM / ODM scope can be discussed from a confirmed model and market brief.

How soon will I receive a reply to my enquiry?

We review enquiries in the order they arrive and aim to reply as quickly as possible; most enquiries receive a first reply within one business day.

Which languages can I use for the enquiry?

English and Chinese.

Which product information is available on a product page?

A product page can show the model identity, product images, included configuration, accessories, intended-use notes and any approved documents supplied for that model.

How do I confirm a model is suitable for my brief?

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the model, configuration and packaging. For our listed models, starting quantities are typically between 50 and 500 pieces; the exact MOQ is confirmed in your quotation.
